WALNUT ENERGY BALL INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Walnuts
- 1 cup Dates
- 2 tablespoons almond butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Pinch salt
- 50g Dark Chocolate (78% for a healthy option)
METHOD
Place walnuts, dates, almond butter, honey and salt into a food processor and blend until smooth. The mixture should come together like dough when done.
Separate the dough into 14 evenly sized balls.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Drizzle melted chocolate over the energy balls for a festive look.
Store in an airtight container, in the fridge, for up to 10 days. These energy balls can be frozen for up to 6 months.
